Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in the same condition you received them. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, just email us at hola@antiguathreads.com. Once approved, we’ll send over simple instructions for sending it back. Please note that returns sent without reaching out first can’t be accepted.

We take a lot of pride in what we make. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know right away and we’ll make it right.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Because some of our pieces are made specifically for you, custom and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.
If you’re unsure about sizing, fit, or details before ordering, we’re always happy to help beforehand.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll be in touch to let you know whether it’s been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little longer to appear.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, just reach out to us at hola@antiguathreads.com and we’ll take care of it.
